The WSU mens basketball (21-12) team dominated Oklahoma State in a second round NIT matchup 74-64. The Cougars put together a complete game including highlight dunks by Marcus Capers and DeAnglelo Casto (11 points). Thompson (24 points) also had a great inside/outside game that put OK St. big men in early foul trouble. Brock Motum (17 points) was a big contributor with several key baskets in the game. All in all it was a solid team win putting the Cougars one game away on their quest to Madison Square Garden.
Next up, Northwestern who will visit the Palouse on Wednesday evening.
