In their best 2014 game yet, the WSU Cougars almost upset # 2 Oregon on a beautiful fall night in Pullman. While ultimately losing 38-31, WSU scored first and had several changes to win the game before the PAC -12 officials took over and stopped their final drive on Pass Interference call that was so obvious that even casual fans questioned the play. All for not, as the Ducks took final possession to close out the game. WSU’s “D” played huge with 7 sacks on Heisman candidate Marcus Mariota. The 1-3 Cougs now head to Utah to see if they can finally put together a PAC-12 win
