WSU hires new football coach Kirby Moore to replace outgoing coach Jake Dickert. WSU president and fans are hopeful Prosser, Washington born Kirby Moore can both bring stability and upgrade the lagging football program.

- Notable Achievements: Helped Missouri achieve an 11-2 record in 2023 and an 8-4 record in 2025, contributing to the development of standout players.
Coach Moore will be busy with trying to retain both current players and hire a new football staff. The Moore hire has created a buzz around the program which should help him retain a number of current players while at the same time recruiting new players.
