Cougars Spooked By Sun Devils In 55-21 Halloween Loss

Turns out that playing with the Devil(s) on Halloween is not a good idea as the Cougars are unmasked in a 55-21 loss. Arizona State spooked the Cougars early by jumping out to a 42-14 lead in the first half. All tricks and no treats 2 quarters later left the Cougars questioning whether their bowl hopes were over. WSU’s Halliday threw for over 300 yards to no avail as Cougs fans were left cold on this Halloween night.
