Cougars flat in Apple Cup lost to the Huskies 21-38

The Cougars starting senior quarterback Marshal Lobbestael after Conner Halliday suffered a rare liver injury came out flat against the Huskies in the 104th Apple Cup. Lobbestael led the Cougs with 382 yards but failed in the second half to close the gap. In the meantime, UW QB Price threw 3 touchdowns to become UW’s all season record.WSU closes it season with a lot of talk as to weather head coach Paul Wulff should retain his job.
